ديناصور تزوضى، تجاهل و نسيان

قبل نحو 180 مليون سنة، كان هناك ديناصور يسعى في الأرض طلبا للرزق،
لم يحالفه الحظ أبدا،
فقد توفي في منطقة سميت "المغرب"،
سوء الحظ ظل مقترنا به ليومنا هذا، أخرجوه من التراب فلم ينعم بالستر و الأمان،
لتبدأ حكاية سوء الحظ مرة أخرى،
مسكين!

هل عرفتموه؟
إنه ديناصور تزوضى (Tazouda)، ديناصور مغربي اكتشف قبل أربع سنوات بجبال الأطلس المغربية، منطقة ورزازات.
عمره حوالي 180 مليون سنة، تبارك الله :)
كما أن هيكله العظمي ما زال سليما بفضل عدم وصول الهواء إليه طيلة هذه المدة،
و بالتالي يعد هذا الديناصور أقدم ديناصور مكتشف ليومنا هذا،
ديناصور بدائي.
سموه المختصون "تازوضاسوروس" Tazoudasaurus، تازودا Tazouda نسبة للمنطقة التي اكتشف بها.
لحسن حظه، توجد صفحة تعريفية له بويكيبيديا :)

لقد مرت أربع سنوات على نفض التراب عنه،
و ما زال المتحف المخصص له لم يفتتح بعد،
أصلا لم ينتهوا من أشغال بنائه، فكيف سيفتتحونه؟
قبل هذا، من قال إن السلطات مهتمة بالأمر؟

تصوروا لو تم العثور على أقدم ديناصور في العالم، في أستراليا مثلا أو في اليابان (اختاروا أي دولة غير متخلفة)،
هل كانوا سيتركونه مهملا مجهولا منسيا متآكلا منبوذا يندب حظه العثر؟
مهملا، الإهمال واضح، قرأت قبل نحو شهرين مقالا ينبه للحالة المزرية التي يتعرض لها هيكل الديناصور.
مجهولا، لا أحد يدري به، لا محليا و لا وطنيا و لا دوليا، كأنه غير موجود.
منسيا، لقد اكتشفوه و تحدثوا عنه ذلك اليوم، الان أصبح من الماضي، لا داع للحديث عنه، لننس الماضي.
متآكلا، هل يوجد هيكل عظمي معروض بدون صيانة دورية لا يتآكل؟ لا أعتقد.
منبوذا، ما زال مرميا في المكان الذي اكتشف فيه، طبعا لا يستحق اهتماما و متحفا، يكفيه ما فيه.

كلا،
لتم تحويل مكان اكتشافه لمنتجع سياحي ثقافي، لأصبح "قبر الديناصور" ورشا حيا للتعامل مع الماضي العريق، لتم إصدار العشرات من المنشورات التي تحسس الناس بأهمية الموروث الثقافي البيئي، لأسسوا متحفا تفاعليا بعين المكان مفتوح أمام الأطفال و الشباب، مخصص للماضي، لنصبوا شاشات كبيرة تقدم أشرطة وثائقية عن حياة الديناصورات و كيفية عيشها،،،
طبعا، سيستفيد كل سكان المنطقة من النشاط السياحي و الثقافي، و لاستفادوا ماديا من الديناصور،
هم أصلا يستفيدون من أشياء غير مفيدة، فما بالك لو كان الأمر يتعلق باستثناء عالمي.







هذا لو كان للديناصور قليل من الحظ فمات بجبال الألب الفرنسية مثلا، ربما لم يكن يتصور العالم كما هو الان!

dinasour Eggs Are Missing Link In Egg Evolution

Studying dinosaur eggs is a lot like a big, frustrating Easter egg hunt: The eggs are rare, fragile—rainwater is acidic enough to dissolve some egg fossils—and it can be difficult to identify which dinosaur species they belong to.

But every now and then, scientists' persistence pays off. A recently discovered clutch of 150-million-year-old fossil eggs is being billed as an important missing link in the evolution of dinosaur eggs.

The find from the Late Jurassic period, described in a paper published May 30 in the journal Scientific Reports, gives scientists a picture of early dinosaur eggs and embryos from a group called theropods, which include Tyrannosaurus rexand modern birds.

"Most of the time, you find eggs without the embryos, or the embryos without the eggs," said said Ricardo Araújo, a vertebrate paleontologist at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and lead author of the new study.

This is the first real picture of what early eggs in theropods might have looked like, said Robert Reisz, a vertebrate paleontologist at the University of Toronto, who was not involved in the study.

The find will enable researchers to begin to address questions like which aspects of theropod eggshells came from their ancestors, and which ones evolved independently. (Learn more about dinosaur eggs.)

Gaps in the Record

Much of the fossilIzed egg material that scientists have found up till now belongs to the theropods, and dates to the Cretaceous period—about 80 million years ago. There are older dinosaur eggs from the Early Jurassic, or about 190 million years ago, but they belong to a sister group of dinosaurs called the sauropods. (Learn about the life of sauropods.)
